Meet Jessica

I'm Jessica, a massage therapist based in Montreal. I completed partial studies in the Physiotherapy Technologist program at Dawson College and carried that clinical foundation into my massage therapy practice, blending anatomical precision with a warm, human approach.

My goal is simple: help you get back to living — by easing tension, improving function and supporting your body's ability to heal.

Life is all about balance, and when we take care of ourselves we can better take care of others.

Training and qualifications

1. 2023

   Diploma in massage therapy

   400-hour program completed at the Académie de massage scientifique (AMS) in Montreal in July 2023.

2. 2023

   Member of the Réseau des massothérapeutes professionnels du Québec (RMPQ)

   Joined the RMPQ upon graduation. The association is recognized by every insurer in Quebec, which allows insurance receipts to be issued.

3. 2023 — present

   Full-time clinical practice

   Three years of full-time massage therapy practice, primarily in a clinical setting.
